Interview
They do multiple rounds of interview on campus. If you have a good GPA you'll probably get called for the first round of interviews. From that point on, they just want to get a sense of your interpersonal and analytical skills that are essential for the job.
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Milan) in May 2026

Interview
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
