This is how the application works in Belgium. You have tot apply online, after that you probably recieve a phone call. At the phonecall you will be asked: why Deloitte? Why audit? They ask more about your CV, ... All those questions can be in different languages. If this went wel, you are invited for the business game. The business game is in group,land you must discuss with each other. After that you are invited for a talk with a partner and someone from hrm. For me it stopped at the business game.

Primo contatto telefonico, riunione di gruppo, colloquio individuale. Tutto molto dettagliato tramite mail e contatto telefonico. Contatto tramite università. Tutto sommato non troppo veloce (ci mettono circa 3 mesetti da primo contatto), ma partono per tempo

Colloquio di gruppo con altre persone dove ti riuniscono in due sale e ti chiedono di organizzare un evento in cui presentare l'azienda, segue poi colloquio individuale in cui fanno presentare si presentano e poi domande tecniche su bilancio, rimanenze magazzino, liquidità etc..

Si svolge una chiamata conoscitiva, poi una riunione di presentazione, poi un primo colloquio e poi un secondo. Nel primo vogliono conoscere te stesso e capire che persona sei, il tuo percorso. Il secondo sarà leggermente più tecnico
