Interviewers were not punctual and I waited more than half hour. They didn't apoligise for this. They want me to take language assessment although they didn't inform me about it before. After interview, they didn't inform me about result of the interview.

They asked absurd questions such as account codes etc.
3 rounds. 1 with recruiter about resume review and general fit, 1 with senior manager about technical case interview, 1 with MD or partner about behavioral interview. Overall took 2-3 months from time of application to offer being signed.

First online application, and online assessment, First I was contacted by hr to set up an interview, then online interview with one senior consultant and one manager, after around one week, i was contacted by hr again, then online interview with director, then got the offer
