Interview
Laid back interview that was more behavioral than technical. Having more background in accounting or related coursework would have helped though. Not having this background and not knowing the ins and outs about did hurt my chances I'm sure.
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Milan) in May 2026

Interview
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
