Online recorded interview after completing online assessments. It comprised of standard competency questions as well as questions regarding work situations and situational judgement questions. It is recommended to review the job description and company profile in detail.

Tell me about yourself and motivations for this role?
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.
The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.

There were four to five stages of application process, including a group interview and one on one interview. One on one interview involved answering a case study depending on what role you applied for.
