It was not an in-person interview. Just answer a few behavioral questions and upload the video. The questions mainly were like tell us about yourself, and describe an experience in which you learned a lesson from a mistake.

Interviews was first conducted online with HR and then in person with manager. Questions were as standard, about aspirations, previous experiences and job expectations. Salary was just informed after job offer
