Firstly they conducted a Online Test, and from this selected nearly 70 students.
Then they conducted one on one interviews of those 70 students and shortlisted nearly 15 students, It was a tech interview.
Then there was HR round and at last 6 were final selects.

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
