The interview occurred with 2 other candidates, first we were grouped together on the call and had to debate topics provided to us. For example, how can sustainable job creation be implemented in rural areas. As someone that cannot easily debate or discuss on my feet, I waited for another trainee to make a statement and I would add on to that with my own ideas. After the group discussion, we were added in breakout rooms where we had 1-on-1 interviews with HR personnel.
