Got selected as an Analyst Trainee through the NLA Exam, back in March 2024. Exam questions were from easy to medium difficulty mostly. In the interview, I was asked about my projects mentioned in the resume, did some coding, and then a hypothetical question was asked at last.

Question 1
A hypothetical scenario based question related to one of my projects, like how it would help others.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
