I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2016
Interview
Three step process; pre-pre interview questions, online questions, if pass those, in person interview. The in-person panel interview, once you pass everything else, were two people asking intense questions. They seemed tired, I was near the last of two days of interviewing people. There are online tips to prepare for the various interviews that were very helpful. Delta's online review of what to expect is a must read for candidates.
Be sure to dress business appropriate. Be sure to "chat" and be friendly with other candidates. Delta sometimes "plants" a Delta employee within the candidates, is the rumor I heard while waiting for group interview.

Question 1
Q. Name a negative customer service problem and how did you handle it.
It was rather basic but they are not concerned with customers and how you interact with them. Could be better but I don’t know I upper management has those concerns in mind
Simple and easy. Organised no confusion or time wasters. Got thru quickly. Everyone is really friendly and kind. But understand that the job is really not that easy. For people like me who are used to regular hours and need family time, this is not the best option for me.

Question 1
Give examples of times you have tackled difficult customers.
Relatively standard for the position. Asked about experience and how I would address certain situations. Average and what you would expect for a standard customer service role. Two total interviews lasting about 30 minutes each.
