Interview
The process took about a month. Initial 30 minute phone interview wasn't so bad. A fairly basic case question and the rest just behavioral and standard phone interview. Was then invited to a Superday at the headquarters. 3 separate interviews with more case-type questions, standard behavioral, and leadership questions.
