I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Apr 2014
Interview
I've just applied this morning online. I had a phone interview at around 6:00 pm tonight. I was surprised that they called so quickly. They asked if I have a passport and for the expiration date. There was a question about being available nights, weekends, and holidays. The next set of questions were scenarios, such as, What would you do if you have a child running up and down the aisle? You have passengers who let their child sleep on the floor while the fasten seat belt light is on and there is some turbulence, how do you handle it? There was a question about having an intoxicated passenger and what to do if they order more drinks. After these questions the interviewer took notes and came back with more situational questions. Tell of a situation where you dealt with an irate customer. Give two situations where you had a co-worker acting unfairly, and if given the chance would you have dealt with either situation differently and why? Tell of a time where you persuaded others to do something new.

Question 1
The most difficult for me was probably the scenario question of the child being on the floor during the fasten seat belt sign.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

(odvi)For the ODVI they give you an unlimited amount of time to prepare before hitting record. Not sure if the camera is still capturing you while you are preparing for the question even though you didn’t hit record so be mindful of that

Question 1
Please describe a time a change at work impacted your daily routine. Describe the steps you took to adapt as well as the outcome of those steps.
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
