The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
I applied in late December and got an email on January 1st of 2015. During this whole process, Delta has been wonderful about getting back to me in a quick and timely manner. The email requested a video interview from me which included 5 questions and 2 minutes to answer each one. You can only record your answers once so there's a little pressure there. But if you do your research in advance, you should have an idea of what questions they are going to ask. My video interview went very smooth. A couple days later I got another email saying that a recruiter would be calling me in the next 10 days from 9am to 9pm. They called me the next day! I didn't have my passport, so we had to reschedule the phone screening. I drove to Miami and had it renewed in 24 hours and the recruiter called me the next day. She asked if I had any tattoos and what I thought of the interview process thus far. She also asked if I am willing to follow the Delta uniform and grooming regulations. Of course, I said yes. After informing me of uniform policies and the like, she invited me to a f2f interview in ATL, GA. Everyone who has emailed or called me from this company has been so nice and accommodating! I'm looking forward to my last interview this week :)
Tip: Don't be nervous, stay happy/positive, and most of all be yourself!

Question 1
Most difficult or unexpected question: Explain a time when a co-worker was being unfair or unprofessional. What did you do about it? What was the result?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
