I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Great interview process and experience. I applied online, received email to do video interview, a week later I received an email I passed the video interview and would get a phone call to go over more info. I got the call the following day. I then was invited to ATL for a face to face interview. I flew out the day prior to my interview, there were about 50 ppl there and they split us into 3 groups. Each station was diff, went over company overview, salary, benefits etc...another group had random flash card questions, and they also checked for tattoos, checked if one could properly reach the overhead bin and fit into the jump seat. The 3rd station was the face to face. It was myself, an HR rep and a senior FA. They asked basic customer service like questions, and request the answer to be in the STAR format. Look it up if you're unsure what it is. Everyone was super friendly! I loved their group interview concept. About 8 people were chosen that day and offered a position.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
