I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2015
Interview
I don't understand it. I've interviewed for quite a few airlines and Delta's interview process is so impersonal to be six hours long on average. I wasn't asked one question about myself as a person. The Star format is easy to grasp and I can see them wanting to know you as a worker and not as a person. Be prepared to smile and do your homework so you're prepared for the questions ahead of time. Six questions and your appearance is pretty much determining your chances of nailing this interview.

Question 1
Name a time you made a mistake and no one noticed. What was the situation, how did you react and what was the result.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
