attendance-be on time- atl airport is huge there is a train on bottom to take to ground transportation approx 30min train ride. you are given hiring packet put inside 1.passport 2.state license 3.social card 4.hard application copy 5.school proof. walk into room staff dances then separated. not a group interview. it yes you are grouped off a,b,c.( a ) will separate and Interview with the flight attendants that stood around the room. 2 fa on 1 candidate. must answer 6 behaviorals in stars format. 1. tell me about a time u made a mistake that would of been devasting if someone found out but no one did 2. tell me when u went above and beyond for a client 3.tell me about a high stress situation u had to work 4.tell me when you had to work as a team to accomplish something 5.tell me when you enjoyed providing Customer service to a client and why 6.tell me when you changed priorities last minute and why. fireside chat is another actvity. he will pass questions around you must answer if you get that question I remember 1.describe a delta flight attendant in 3 words (gracious, well mannered, sharp dressed) 2.tell me what u know about delta 3.where do you see yourself In 5 years 4.what do you know about delta and volunteering 5.worst part about being a f.a. (away from family) 6.why will you be a good f.a. then delta info is last activity(f.a. paid flight time $23/hr max out 12yrs@$52) you must be tall enough to reach compartments I'm 5'4 and barely reached I'm 32in waist and belt just fit on jump seat. you must be able to do fit/in this
