1st-I submitted my application In January 2nd-I received feedback in May to complete the HireVue Digital Interview Online. A bit of a challenge as you tend to focus on the mechanics of video recording yourself accurately and looking into the relight/camera, answering within 2 minutes along with the STAR method. A live person would allow you to concentrate specifically on the questions instead of the mechanics and arrangements of your laptop and camera light. It can be distracting. 5 questions are asked separately by pre-recorded flight attendants. You are given time to only respond to the specific questions. You can practice as many times as needed before you begin the official interview, which is helpful. Some questions were a bit redundant so be sure to have several twists to your situations and answers. Have your answers ready to go. 3rd-Two weeks later I received a call from The Delta Acquisition Team, She interviewed me again for approx. 15 min. and then invited me o the final interview. She shared I'd be receiving an email correspondence shortly with the next several days. 4th-The next day I received a call from another team member asking if 'd be available for the face to face final interview next week with the opted days and times. I confirmed my availability. 5th-I received a confirmation email of the scheduled interview time with notice that I will receive 1-2 more emails with further information 2 days before my scheduled interview. Also a short 4 minute plus video is enclosed. It consists of 3 flight attendants discussing their interview process, what they wore and how they prepared for their interviews and success. 6th-Presently waiting for the next set of correspondences and preparing for the big day next week.
