I went to a hiring event after applying online, the interview was very organized and everybody was friendly. They start by showing you a presentation on the company’s history and goals, as well as benefits and wage. Then you do a 1 on 1 interview. After the interview they offered me a condition job offer which I accepted. You then need to complete the Physical Ability Test. I enjoyed Learning more about the company! The passion Delta has for its brand, customers, and employees is shown through the entirety of the interview process.

Interview
Long but organised. The hiring event is a mass event although there is a step in the process which does involve a one on one interview. They also conduct the drug test and a physical aptitude test during the same hiring event.

Interview
Conducted at a hotel near the airport. We check in and presenters teach us about the company and about the job. We then get taken to do one on one interviews and get hired on the spot. Really nice interviewers!
Interview will take about 4-5 hour. You will meet with delta team and after 1on1 in person interview. There will be 4 or 5 questions and you will have to answers in a STAR method.
