Hiring event consisted of checking in, joining a group of 8 and listening to a short presentation about the company and benefits. Hiring managers then came in and called us out 1 by 1 for interviews. While waiting to be called, the employees giving the presentation answered any questions they could related to the job, scheduling, and benefits. The interview questions were easy and they expect you to answer in STAR format. They will teach you about STAR in the beginning presentation. After the first interview, I went to go talk to the manager for a more informal interview/chat about myself and just to get to know me. A conditional offer was made and then I went to a different room and set up scheduling for drug test, physical ability test, background check, and fingerprinting.
