I applied online and got an email a few days later for a digital interview. They asked five questions. After you complete the digital interview, it took less than one week for a call for an in-person interview scheduled three days later. I looked up interview questions here so I prepared myself for the questions they would ask. The safety question was one I didn't prepare for but I did well. I walked into the room and there were about 15 other interviewee's and about three management members to do the interview. Managers did an overview of what the day will be like, which took about five hours. They'll ask everyone why they want to work at Delta and everyone will stand one-by-one. After that, managers will pull a few out to do a one on one interview. When I went in, I was asked 6 questions. Right after, I was given my application to sign and given a CJO (Conditional Job Offer). Lots of Paper work. There will be fingerprinting and an agility test where you will lift a 50lb suitcase and a 70lb suitcase. You'll also to a step test for 3 minutes. They'll check your heart rate before and after. I think everyone received a CJO. You'll have a day to do your drug test. I received several emails a day later asking for supporting documents.
