Deltek Consultant interview questions

There was not much of an interview process. A recruiter reached out to me via email to set up a time to speak about the position and my experience. One minute before our scheduled time, he reached out to me to let me know that he had a schedule conflict and could not make the call. I told him my availability to set up another call, but I was ghosted. Not a great precedent, as I work and am busy too. I took the time out of my workday to speak with someone at Deltek only to be treated so unprofessionally. I am very disappointed as the position sounded promising and I was more than qualified.
