The interview was through the career fair. They asked me about my interest and was i open to working in the field and travelling. Other than that they explained what they exactly do and what was expected out of the job.

It was a pretty lengthy process over the span of three weeks. I had a screening interview, two rounds virtually, and an in-person panel interview with seven people at their site. There were a mix of technical and situational questions, however mostly the latter.
