I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dentsu (Buenos Aires) in Mar 2019
Interview
Muy buena predisposición del sector de Recursos Humanos! No quedé seleccionado para el puesto y aun así el área de recursos humanos se comunicó conmigo para informármelo. No siempre te avisan el resultado de tu postulación y ellos si lo hicieron.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dentsu (Prague) in Jun 2024
Interview
They knew I can start on that position from next month, not sooner, yet still they made me go through all the testing and interviews. I've spend days to make testing designs for free... And than told me they hire the other designer girl, which has worse outcomes, but can start the job immediately. I am still pretty angry.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dentsu (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
I had a two stage video interview and portfolio review with three different department heads via teams. Then had to complete a design test in one hour. This was all arranged by an in-house recruiter after applying on LinkedIn. It felt quite relaxed and informal and was a pleasant experience
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dentsu (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2022
Interview
An internal recruiter reached out to me about a design position as one of Dentsu's subsidiaries. The screening process was easy enough, I talked to the recruiter briefly and then had an interview with the project lead and two other designers on the team. I thought it went well enough but then they took months to get back to me just to say they weren't going to move forward with me as an applicant.
