I did an initial phone interview with a company recruiter, who was friendly and professional. She described the role and asked about my prior experience. Ultimately, we both agreed the role was not the right fit for me.
Phone call from an in-house recruiter, was then put in a call over Microsoft teams with the hiring manager. Second call with hiring manager of which i was offered the position
