Always provide evidence of your claimed skill/experience. Make sure you do your research and give reasons for everything you say. Be passionate and enthusiastic (but not OTT). Put some effort and time into the presentation, it shows how you approach a task and the standard to which you think is acceptable to provide to clients.

Bad interview process, they ask take anything you say into a negative
they give you this follow-up with all these overly silly things like just to brush you off for another candidate just be honest on why you weren't picked - i answered all the questions perfectly fine they are just up them selves
