Had inverviews with Manager, Regional director, Head of HR and a few executives.
The first inverview was with a manager and it was more like a consulting from him to me what/how I can contribute to the firm based on my resume. 30-40 min.
The second one was with a reginal director and the head of HR together and it was quite a standard interview, I recall. They assessed my English skills first and then asked me a few questions, which are essentially a combination of the standard questions of "describe your self" and "what you want/can to do in the firm". 15-20 min.
The last one was with a bunch of executives together (at least three, I recall). Again, standard questions - "who you are" and "what you can do in the firm". 15-20 min.
