They had outsourced the recruitment process which was seemingly good. The third party HRs just shortlisted my profile despite not having a particular relevant experience.
After which I got a call directly from Dentsu, and they found me unfit for the role.

The recruiter and hiring manager were very prompt in responding to any questions after my interview and letting me know what the next steps were. I enjoyed speaking with them and will continue to look for another opportunity to work here.

Absolutely stay away from this company! I was ghosted by them 3 times in the past 2 years. Having heard great things about the organization, I decided to apply but my experience has been quite appalling to say the least. They will book an interview, then say get back to you but never reply to your emails or follow ups. AT LEAST HAVE THE COURTESY ! PERIOD!
