Online Assessment Followed by in person assessment day. The exact order of the day varies person to person, for me it consisted of 30 minute interview with 2 assessors from the paid social team followed by a short multiple choice data analysis test and then finally a group task where you have to plan a campaign based on a brief. Was well organised and an enjoyable and worthwhile experience even though I did not receive an offer on this occasion. The following week they phoned me up and told me the outcome and gave verbal feedback on both my interview and my performance in the group task.

It was a great process, clear instructions, everyone was pleasant and helpful. The first stage was an online application, which was easy to fill out. The ensuing online aptitude exam was quick to get through.
