Writing an essay answering questions given on the DPS website. DPS called and scheduled a pre-screening phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes. Once you 'pass' that interview, you can apply for specific jobs within Denver Public Schools.

What do you do when all the students in the room are not following your instructions?
Easy, laid back. Was asked situational questions and was asked what I’m looking for in a school. If you pass a screener, most schools will provide your interview questions ahead of time.

Interview
It was an easy, straightforward process that moved very quickly. The first round was a one-way video interview, followed by a couple of virtual interviews with team members. Overall, it was a very fair and efficient process.
