A few very hurried phone calls with little details. At least 2 times the person never followed up or confirmed the phone interview. I never was invited for an in person interview and then about 5 months later received a generic rejection email. After the rejection email, I got a call about a month later to set up a time to talk AGAIN and then no follow up or call. Very frustrating process.
