Interview
After applying, I attended an information session to learn about the company and the trainee role. Next, I took an online assessment of multiple choice questions to evaluate cognitive skills (math, language, logic) and build a personality profile. Finally, I had a Teams interview with a recruiter who asked normal behavioral questions.

Zoom Screening but interviewer showed up late and did not pay attention to my answers at all
Seemed to be busy doing something else on the screen and clicking mouse loudly as I was answering

Interview
The whole process consist of 5 parts and spam roughly 2-3 months. First an information session, Second an aptitude test, Third a 1 on 1 behavioral interview, Fourth a 2 week web development course and project evaluation, Finally a group interview. Do note that Dev10 is significantly limiting the number of hires during my time, and they'll automatically rejected those with a BS or MS in Computer Science or Software Engineer.
