The interview was easy overall. Did a phone screening first and then spoke to the hiring manager. Did not do any technical test, but it was an internship. They were very quick at responding. Took no longer than a week or two for the whole process.

After submitting my application, I was emailed by a recruiter who scheduled a ~15 minute phone screening for the following day. The recruiter did ask questions about my interest in the position and how I found it. I received an interview invitation from her the following day, with two members of the. While the interviewers were respectful of my time and seemed at least somewhat interested in what I had to say, I found their questions rather unoriginal and uninspired. Furthermore, at the conclusion, and they both refused and instructed me to direct any follow-ups to the recruiter. This, in my opinion, was unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering the level of experience and qualifications they were seeking for the role--that was the least they could have done. I heard nothing back until approximately one month later, when I received an automated rejection email stamped with the recruiter's name.
