I applied for a position in the Regulatory Affairs department via their website. HR phone call was held within two weeks after applying, followed by phone call with hiring manager a week later. Invited onsite to interview a week later. The onsite interview was with eight people for 30mins each (I was interviewing for two separate positions, four people from each team).
