Interview
For the most part, it was on the easier side for a standard entry-level interview process for a sales job. There were no roleplays, and the final step of the process was to talk to the district manager of your preferred location. Dexian is appealing because they have tons of locations to choose from across the U.S. In the end, I took another job that I was more interested in.
There was very timely turnaround during each step of the process. I got good feedback and had a great recruiter on my side guiding me through the process. I enjoyed my final round office tour and felt that the team had a great culture.
