They came to our campus and I applied online. I was given a phone interview and she asked me literally 0 questions about me or my resume. She pretty much described the different capabilities I was interested in. I did a phone interview because the on campus slots were already full. I feel like she had already made up her mind or really didn't give me a much of a chance at all.
