Digitas Project Manager interview questions

I was approached by their internal recruitment team and the interview process was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Firstly, the interviewer was late for 20 minutes, secondly, no case studies were given, no role related questions were asked, all he asked me was how my current company (it is one of the top 3 companies in our business area) does business, how we are structured, whether we have had the same/similar issues as what they are having now and how we handled them. The whole process made me feel they are actually trying to get some business intelligence information about my current company from me rather than truly interviewing me for the role. Completely waste of time!

I was a referral from a current employee and the whole process took about 2-3 weeks from the initial phone interview to an offer. After the phone interview I went in to meet one on one with different members of the group. In total I met about 4 people and they were all great. Less than a week later I received the offer.
