Diligent Compensation Analyst interview questions

Interview was well structured and multistage. Started off with the screening, then there were meetings with manager, the team and the higher management. My impression was that they were looking for a good fit on the personal level rather than just the experience. The calls were all scheduled ahead with plenty of time to prepare. While during the screening I was asked very general questions, the interview with the manager was more detailed into what I was doing and how on the daily basis (the methodology of work, the technical aspects). There were not practical tests, but I felt the person talking to me knew exactly what they were looking for. Overall great impression. Very professional and efficient.
