I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Diligent (Galway)
Interview
Interview setup via a recruitment agency. The process was managed well.
First step was a video call. It was obvious from the call the focus is all on sales and so there is no real technology / development from the Galway office - its all sales/sales support, which is ok , just not what I'm interested in, so I ended the process there.
Salary range was healthy & people good too.
So well worth considering if sales/support is your thing.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Diligent (Budapest) in Nov 2024
Interview
First round with HR person, typical questions, getting to know each other, second round with hiring manager, at this point I rejected interviewing further but it would have been a case interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself, would you consider moving for the role
It's an extremely heavy interview process that will require you to do research and present something. Ultimately the criteria isn't clear. It seems they prefer people with highly specific industry knowledge
4 rounds, 1st HR, 2nd Management, 3rd Case study, 4th chat with the director.
Good atmosphere, online interviews, no in person interview. Case study is interesting and fun to finish
