Filled out application on line. met with store manager one on one.
Very nice and positive interview, asked to tell him about myself. I gave him a 2min brief of myself and employment history. He then asked me to participate in a group interview that coming Sat.
The group interview was great! Store manager along with the assistant store manager spoke about why they liked working for Diillard's. Then there was a question & answer where anyone could raise their hand.
Very intertwining and fun. I am very impressed with Dillard's.

Interview
You will have three separate interviews. One with the cosmetics manager aided by other brand leaders, next with the store manager or district manager, and finally with the AE for the brand you will be working for. Each interview is a step to see if you will be hired.

Interview
The first interview was with the overall store GM and then the Cosmetics Department manager, followed by the Cosmetics Rep for the Brand. The first two were great, but the Rep Seemed like the type to just not be impressed by anything or anyone. But was otherwise nice and professional
