I applied online. I interviewed at Dillard's (Provo, UT) in May 2017
Interview
The first interview was basically just get to know you questions, felt very casual. I had to reapply for the position on a computer during the interview and talked while I was filling out the application. I was told I would be a good fit and was scheduled to have a second interview in the next two days. The second interview was more professional, we talked about my goals and ambitions, my experience, and school and why I was studying what I was studying. The interviewer was very nice and I felt comfortable the whole time, as I came very prepared.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward, I talked with one of the ASM's (Assistant Store Manager) for maybe 30 minutes. After that interview, I was invited for an interview with the store manager.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dillard's (Jacksonville, FL) in Aug 2017
Interview
Interview was easy, all I was told was my availability. Been notified the store had enough of store associates. They've offered me dock position. Though they have never spoke of anything relating to clean and do custodian work.
I had 2 interviews. Both were easy going in a warm and friendly environment but you could easily tell how busy the store was. I was offered the job at the second interview. You need to know going into the interview where in the store you want to work.
