I applied online and went in the next day to tell them I applied. They did a mini interview right then, then had another manger call me that week to set up another interview. The first interview is just about seeing what area you want to work in, your availability, etc. The second interview they asked me the normal interview questions. It was laid back and straight forward

What celebrity would you say that you base your fashion style on?
Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
