Interview
I was referred by the manager of the department I was applying for so I already had a leg up. My interview was with the store manager. Question were based on my experiences and really ended up being a "tell me about yourself" type of interview. Although I could tell the store manager was already sold by the impression given by my referrer, the interview opened me up to my store manager's personality as he seemed to have trouble connecting with people.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.

Interview
This was a four step interview process held with four different ppl. Very easy & straight to the point. Description of job was explained very well. The interview process was unusual than most interviews, but it not difficult at all.
