Dillard's Sale Support Associate interview questions

Interviewed with two department store managers then the store manager. The only issue that I had was the interview with the store manager. I had two interviews with two other managers and then was asked to come back at a later time to interview with the store manager. When I came back to interview with the store manager, he seemed extremely distracted. His phone kept going off and he actually answered his phone during the interview, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
