Dillard's Sales Associate interview questions

Interview was brief and simple. Went in for a security position and ended up getting a job in the women's shoe department. It was an upgrade from what I was going for but really filling their need at the time.

It was pretty straightforward, more or less asked why you would like the role and comfortability with working with customers. They did make a note that you would be on your feet for extended periods of time, which is pretty obvious.
