I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Discover (Glendale, AZ) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview was with a three person panel, a hiring manager and two lead supervisors. The entire process took less than 30 minutes with typical interview questions. Name a time you did something under stress. Give an example of how you lead a project, where do you see yourself in 3-5 years etc. They worked off a pre-made questionnaire.

Question 1
Name a time you had a stressful project at work and how did you deal with it.
Pretty easy. It was last year but I received a phone screening, then virtual interview. I was hired on the spot. The recruiter was very friendly and informative. It was quick process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Discover in May 2020
Interview
The interview was conducted through zoom and I really felt heard and like they were doing their best to accommodate to any situations due to the pandemic. They allowed me to ask as many questions as needed.
I applied online and then I was contacted by phone and email for an interview about a role I didn't apply for. I explained in the email that I didn't apply for that (it was a senior level and I wanted to make sure they knew I was not senior level) and she calls me and leaves a weird voicemail about the position but wouldn't say the name of it and if I could just call her back to explore other positions. It sounded like a weird sales pitch or something and very dodgy. I am not going to pursue it.
