Interview
Phone interview within 24 hours of applying, then a behavioral assessment, followed by what seemed to be a conversation and self assessment, met with the hiring manager, which was more like the traditional interview. Great experience fun card game, very engaging!

When you first apply you are sent an assessment to complete. After that you’ll receive an email for a phone interview. If you pass that you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After that, you’ll receive your offer.
