Pretty basic phone interview followed by a simple assignment of reviewing a webpage and making critiques. The physical interview came about a week later. Three interviewers, all seemed to be looking for something different.

Over the phone "get to know you" call with a follow-up project for you to complete. After completion of the project, you will be either called into an in-person interview or not, depending on how you do.
