Doherty Enterprises Manager interview questions

The process is thorough and selective. It all starts by contacting the Regional Talent Recruiter and having an initial interview. Upon completion of the interview the applicant will take a aptitude test that will test on practical managerial understanding. Once completed Doherty invites their candidates to what is referred to as a 'Day in the Life" where the applicant is given the opportunity to see what an average work day for a manager consists of. After all of those boxes are checked the applicant then has their final interview with the "Area Director". The company will go-over their findings throughout the process and send an offer letter to the candidate and set up an orientation day. The process is very professional and taken very seriously.

Phone interview with the recruiter followed by a day in the life with the training store's GM and interview with the DM. Background check and drug test were required.
