Interview
Easy one on one interview. Manager did most the talking already had decided to hire me before the interview, based on my work history. Applied online and then went into location to speak to store manager. Store manager had me come in at a later time for and more formal interview. After first interview he set up an interview with another manager. They both reviewed that the job was very demanding & company held firm expectations of your performance.

Started out not so great with getting called in for an interview the day of. However, it was a good conversation. Didn't even feel like an interview, honestly. After being unemployed for months and all the nerve-wracking interviews I've been through, this really feels like a good outlook.

Interview
Came in for a Sales Lead interview sat in a tin chair in a cramped office space. Was asked about previous retail experience, of which I had none. Told they'd offer me cashier to learn the system and then promote within a few months, got promoted within a month, learned how to do deposits and all of that fun jazz.
