Did not wait for a long time when I got to the store, came 30 mnts before my interview. The manager sat me down explained the job I would be doing and started asking questions right after

How do you think you can be an asset to this company?
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
